Year 7 students, at Kinross College, are busy collecting and donating non-perishable foods, household items and unused gifts to St Vincent de Paul for a donation to go towards people living in poverty and experiencing disadvantage.
Rosemary, a representative from St Vincent de Paul, visited the Year 7 cohort last week to speak about how ‘Vinnies’ supports people and families in our community who are disadvantaged.
If you can help, please donate your items to Student Services at Kinross College by Friday 15 September when Rosemary will be back to collect any items.
Please note: The Year 7 TAG class with the largest haul of donations will be rewarded for their big hearts!
Suitable items may include;
- Non-perishable food (such as long shelf-life pantry items)
- Unwanted gifts, unused toys for any age range
- Household items
